Shareholders Project Proposal
Any ideas and improvements to managed areas can be submitted with the following details to office@elmleys.co.uk for consideration.

Concept: Provide a summary and a purpose of the project or proposal

Project Manager: Who will lead the proposal submission and associated project if approved
Logistics: How and who will deliver the project 

Investment Involved: Time of individual shareholders/Directors (Hrs./Days)
Out of pockets costs (£): Please include contractor quotes where relevant. Note contractors must comply with the contractor guidance in the ELMC ltd Constitution. 

Benefits: What benefits the project will deliver to the residents, the why.
Other Considerations: Any other considerations 


Notes on the submission process:
1. Proposals can only be submitted by a Shareholder
2. All project proposals should be submitted to the Secretary of ELMC Ltd. 
3. The Secretary will perform an initial assessment and advise if further information is needed.
4. On successful completion Secretary will share the proposal to the ELMC management committee.
5. Submissions should be issued in time for the pre AGM Committee meeting.
6. At the next management committee meeting the committee will review and (by majority vote) determine if the proposal should be sent to AGM for approval.
7. Submission received after this point, and if agreed at management committee, will be included in the following AGM agenda.
8. If a proposal is declined at this stage, it cannot be resubmitted within the next 12 months.
9. If a proposal is approved at this stage, it will be added to the AGM meeting where a vote will be cast by attending shareholders, approval requires simple majority vote.
10. Any proposal declined at AGM cannot be resubmitted for 24 months.
